Background & Dog Behavior

A big part of successful grooming is understanding dog behavior. Through many years of hands-on experience, professional seminars and sharing knowledge with other groomers, my knowledge of dog behavior allows me to be able to groom fearful dogs, dogs with behavioral issues, as well as puppies who are getting their first grooming.

My skills range from breed specific styles and clips to a nice deshedding for your pet. I always include nail grooming as part of the service, whether it is a full haircut or a simple bath.

The size of your dog is not an issue when it comes to our clients: I am fully capable of grooming all shapes, sizes and breeds.

When I schedule an appointment to groom your dog, I am not in a rush and will always take the time to discuss your pet with you and answer any questions you may have. I am also happy to offer you advice for how to properly brush and maintain your dog’s coat at home in-between grooms as well as any health issues that I may find.
